Account and subscription

GymUp is a paid app: every screen, the in-app coach and the MCP server need an active subscription. You buy it in the mobile app, through the App Store or Google Play; this website sells nothing.

Create an account

Install the app, answer the training questions, then sign in with Apple, Google or a code sent to your email. The app builds your first program before it shows the plans.

Manage your subscription

In the app, open the Account tab, then Settings:

• Manage Subscription opens your store's subscription page, where you change plans or cancel.
• Restore Purchases brings back a subscription bought with the same store account, on a new phone or after reinstalling.
• Monthly usage shows how much of the AI allowance included in your subscription you have used this month. See Limits and errors.

You can also cancel from the store directly:

To avoid being charged for a free trial, cancel before it ends: at least 24 hours before on the App Store.

Delete your account

In the app, open Account, then Settings, then Delete Account. On the web, sign in at gymup.ai/delete-account. Either way, we email you a confirmation link, valid for 24 hours. Once you confirm, deleting your account permanently removes your profile, programs, workout logs, chat history, memories and body metrics. It does not cancel a store subscription: cancel it from the store as shown above.
